  Recently used Rupp for a relative's showing and funeral. At first Jeff Rupp assisted us plan the funeral. We were assured that everything would go as planned. When it was time for the showing. The way we wanted our relative shown was not done properly and the staff that was there had "no idea" about what we had requested, they did correct the mistake but almost at the end of the showing. Before we left, we decide to make sure they had everything correct for the funeral service the following day. Again, the staff were unaware of the things that we had requested for the funeral. It became very apparent that the families wishes were not important to Jeff Rupp and the rest of the team. During the planning phase of the funeral Jeff continued to promise all of our needs and requests would be met and he would personally make sure that was the case. Instead of our family paying respects to our loved one, I had to constantly remind the staff of the requests that were made. I had more issues with the funeral home but I don't believe I have it in me to continue to say how disappointed I was with their services. I will just say, if you have an opportunity to use another funeral home please do. It is clear they are more concerned about taking your money then paying respect to you loved ones. I am amazed that $5k was not adequate enough to have them listen to our wishes, they should be ashamed. My last piece of advise, if you decide to use their services, make sure to pay them after the services have been completed. Once they received our money we were no longer a priority in their eyes.
